During my stay in Viareggio for the Carnival, I had the pleasure of having breakfast at the Pasticceria Cusimano, and I must say that it was a truly satisfying experience. The place is extremely welcoming, with seating both inside and outside, thus offering the possibility of choosing the environment you prefer. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a quiet breakfast. The desserts on offer were simply delicious, with a huge selection of treats that made it difficult to choose. From freshly baked croissants to artisanal cakes and biscuits, there was something to please every palate. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were evident in every bite. The coffee served was delicious, with a rich aroma and a rounded taste that made my awakening even more pleasant. Equally delicious was the cappuccino, with a creamy foam and a perfect balance of coffee and milk. Furthermore, the prices were really affordable, considering the quality of the products offered. This has made Pasticceria Cusimano not only a delicious place to enjoy a breakfast, but also an accessible option for anyone wishing to enjoy a sweet break during their stay in Viareggio. The patisserie staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and recommend the daily specials. Their courtesy made the experience even more pleasant. In conclusion, I highly recommend Pasticceria Cusimano to all those who are in Viareggio and wish to savor delicious and delicious desserts in a welcoming and friendly environment.

As a good southerner, I confirm that the desserts including the cannoli and cassata are wonderful😛, while regarding the babà unfortunately I have to say that I was disappointed because it is too strong in liquor😗.. but for the rest you are the top of the top! !!!

01/04/2024: Very good food, but unfortunately too much waiting and disorganization of the service doesn't pay off. Nice location, but too distracting even for the maids who don't have a specific role, bathroom without a key (if you don't keep the door closed, no one knocks anymore, you risk finding yourself in embarrassing situations)... It's a shame to give low scores, but It's a shame that a place loses points for "non-organization"!
25/03/2024: Chaotic environment due to children running freely from one table to another. Very long and endless wait. Waiting times to drink are shocking and they don't even ask if you want fresh water or room temperature. Arriving at 9.00 pm we were told that the waiting time for the pizza was 40 to 45 minutes which leads us to prefer the sandwiches. Once we had ordered without being asked for the cooking time of the meat, we had to ask why they hadn't arrived yet, only to be told that they had told us that it would take time. At 10.10pm two sandwiches arrived and we had to ask for the other two sandwiches which arrived. at 10.20pm. After this long wait we enjoyed the sandwiches which aren't bad except that I couldn't choose the cooking time. Potatoes that accompany the dish are too greasy. Perhaps on Saturday evenings the service can be stopped at one table but in my opinion it was also common for the other tables. Recommended for the sandwiches but not for the waiting times.

26/04/2024: An excellent quality pork butchery. In addition to the classic takeaway, you can move to the tables outside. Typical dishes of Camaiore (tortelli and cured meats). Try the mixed platter with various meatballs, savory pies, cured meats, croutons and cheeses. For a quick but quality lunch.
