Quality sweet and savory pastries

Pastry shop that I frequent because I really love their products, which is why I chose to order a cake from them for my daughter's birthday. Order placed in the presence of the restaurant itself, the staff who took care of it marked the order hastily, without offering me a range of options or ideas. I trusted and let them "do it" precisely because I have always admired their proposals in the shop window. Nothing, I was just wrong. The cake they prepared for me was good but without infamy or praise, decorated to the bare minimum, modest both aesthetically and in substance. A shame, because they are able to stand out when they want. I don't understand why more care wasn't taken when ordering, in any case the price is not low, frankly I was disappointed and I won't order them in the future, even though I still value them a lot.
