We are from northern Italy for Christmas, among the many gifts we also received a panettone... how can I say superlative!! among the many delicacies eaten over the years from all over Italy, this panettone that we opened just a week ago... enjoyed slowly, slice after slice, as much as we didn't want it to ever end... very good!!

We went to visit them recently, from Bari, on purpose, to buy a special dessert eaten at Christmas, the Sospirone. That is, the large, cake-type format of the famous sweet "sigh" with Chantilly cream and icing. A dream!!!
