27/03/2024: Trattoria in the center of Tornaco on the outskirts of Lomellina. Discovered by chance while driving past it. Welcoming environment like a respectable trattoria. The typical Piedmontese and non-Piedmontese food is excellent, ranging from Piniscia and other delicious first courses, snails, frogs, polenta and wild boar and of course various appetizers and platters with fried dumplings. The wine list is also excellent. The only flaw is the wait, so you need to arm yourself with patience. The value for money is good. Reservations are recommended on weekends. Weekly rest on Monday and Tuesday. Parking in front of the venue.

24/03/2024: Beautiful and rustic, typical dishes, excellent. It's a shame that it isn't structured as a staff to manage the flow it deserves.
