Let me start by saying that my mother and I had the honor of tasting two pizzas with rather perfect flavours; having said that, for reasons of my personal tastes, I would have recommended using less dough. 4 stars to encourage a fifth, the next time I return. Service: nothing to say. Elena, smiling more than the sun, served us at the table immediately and without breathing down our necks, giving us moments of privacy. She certainly had 'little to do' in her role, but nevertheless she always showed up with perfect timing and even at the end of dinner, smiling at us again (something that invites customers to return at least a second time). Environment, I swear I'll be brief. The architecture is fantastic although I found the spiral staircase leading downstairs a bit steep. Furthermore, the place is perfectly lit, even too much so. Those with light eyes may begin to have some visual problems after a while. But nothing serious, luckily the lamps at the tables can be turned off. I hope that in the future there will be a few less 'white' lights anyway.

A well-leavened pizza with excellent ingredients: Sardinian ricotta, Sicilian cherry tomatoes, Taggiasca olives... fantastic!

The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the food is particular and good, the staff are friendly but with a lot of people they are a bit confusing, the environment is divided into 2 rooms on the -1 floor, an internal room and an external area which open into hot periods, very stylish

The restaurant is located in the Town Hall square, although separated by a small pedestrian avenue that leads to the open space where a beautiful outdoor area is usually installed. The room inside is cared for down to the smallest detail, finely furnished. The food is excellent, the pizza entered the 50 Top Pizza magazine and it shows, while the cuisine enhances this truly well-thought-out Piedmontese-Sicilian combination. Wine cellar full of excellence: you will be spoiled for choice. Trained staff, who know how to look after the customer from the entrance to the final greeting. A really good way to spend an evening. I highly recommend it.

Quality in every aspect from the products to the service, from the presentation of the dishes to the flavour. If you want to eat well and feel good, this is the right place.

I'll start by saying that in this place you have a sensorial experience, a gastronomic journey between north and south. Without going into too much detail, if you are looking for a place to spend a proper evening, go by word of mouth. Staff: Serious, polite, kind, professional people, qualified to say the least and with very elegant ways of doing things; sometimes you have the impression of being served by a butler, these are things and little things that are difficult to find elsewhere, especially in these times when everyone has woken up as restaurateurs. Ultra-fast service and never confusing even with a full room, crazy, I don't know how it's possible. Kitchen: But what are we talking about... From appetizers to bitters, from pizza to dessert, I can't find anything that isn't crazy, even if I try hard. The raw materials are of the highest quality, the pizza dough is made really well, you enjoy a pizza just for the crust. Few pizzas on the menu, but all of them hit the mark, highly appreciated alongside other infinite menus that in reality offer little or nothing. An advice? Try the veal meatballs as a starter, they are unforgettable. Very elegant, cute, well-finished and really good desserts. The choice of wines? Always spot on, between Nebbiolo, Barbera and frappati from the south, there is no shortage of choice. With the plins of the meeting they made me a customer for life, I won't tell you anything... go and try them, words don't convey the idea. Local: Fresh, clean, elegant and minimalist style, never tacky or pompous, never tables too close to each other, you can breathe easily and enjoy a dinner in peace. Maybe I found the placemats a little unusual, but they are in line with the furnishings. Final bill: Quality comes at a price. You don't pay a lot, but you don't pay a little either, but honestly the prices are well deserved, down to the last cent.

Locale rinnovato, moderno e curato. Personale gentile, in alcuni casi inesperto. Portate buone, a volte con aspettative disattese rispetto a quanto riportato sulla carta. I paccheri ripieni di ragù di lasagna non male come idea, ad esempio, ma insipidi e asciutti dalla gratinatura al forno. Altre portate (carne, risotti) un po’ con le stesse problematiche, deduco dell’inesperienza tecnica. Pizza non provata. Non ci tornerei.
