28/10/2023: The beauty of "Borgo Mameli"... There is a lot of citizen experience in these environments abandoned from the ancient function of barracks and handed over to the new one: not only of catering, but of non-conformism implemented even in the unusual furnishings where everything, even without restyling, it has its own rediscovered patina. There is so much good food: black garlic, turmeric, chickpea hummus expertly combined with fresh and genuine raw materials, not an experimental jumble of flavours... You order with your mouth watering and you won't be disappointed😉. There is a lot of human courtesy in this place, courtesy that pampers the customer, not aimed at flattering him, but that which has a "flavor" of tolerance, respect and culture... Well done guys!! Borgo Mameli closes on October 31st for this year, but reopens next May. I can't wait to go back.
