We had a very good time, excellent atmosphere, very well distributed background music. Excellent raw materials cooked with skill. We celebrated our daughter's birthday well. The value for money is also good.

20/05/2024: When you enter a restaurant and see a few tables, 9 and a half times out of 10 you have made the right choice. Trained and very kind staff, possibility of taking dishes and tasting menus also in vegetarian versions. Really good and well presented dishes! Wide choice of typical and non-typical wines. Highly recommended if you visit Pisa!

Each dish is a fusion of innovative flavors and impeccable presentations, made with fresh, top-quality ingredients. The staff are extremely pleasant, friendly and attentive, ensuring impeccable service from start to finish. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of good food and hospitality.

L'Incontro

02/06/2024: An informal but refined environment in the center of Volterra. Excellent flatbreads, not very large, seasoned with special, quality ingredients. The pastries are also very good. The only flaw... the prices... a little above average but these days, unfortunately, it's a constant.
19/05/2024: Nice interior design! Apparently this is where locals usually meet up for a snack, but we were honestly not super impressed with the breakfast options.
