Anna is a determined and frank room manager, she gives good advice.
Gio is a chef with golden hands.
Homemade pasta, incredible sauces and everything, all delicious.
Tip: bigoli with sweetbreads to revive your stomach with mountain butter and delicate sweetbreads.
Bites with onion cream (invented recipe) and which makes you imagine a different dish: you find a shredded meat, very tender with a rounded taste and soaked in bath.....LIBIDINE
Amazing sweet laascarpone cream and house wine is worth it.... In short, in Brescia the 2 sisters are THE QUEENS!
P.S. THE ENVIRONMENT is beautiful, clean, elegant and with a reference to the ancient part of Brescia.

Gio and Anna. Legendary sisters who run this restaurant.
Restaurant is an understatement. Traditional cuisine with amazing personal ideas. We tasted the bigoli with sweetbreads... Moving and Bigoli with meat sauce and salami paste... Excellent. Bites with onion cream... Cracco made in la. The desserts made by Mrs. Gió are excellent. Sympathy and friendliness are the strong point. I would give six stars.

I've tried practically the entire menu of these two nice ladies from Brescia and it's all very good! Casoncelli with bagoss, bigoli with sweetbreads, scamorza and herb gnocchi, but also TOP second courses such as morsels with onion cream (which you can't taste at all, I'll tell you that I usually can't stand onions, they are absolutely worth trying!) , the fried brains, the tartare... The mascarpone cream with chocolate flakes is unmissable.

Locale davvero molto carino , caratteristica osteria con la giusta atmosfera.
Servizio sempre cordiale e simpatico con proposte di piatti locali davvero molto golosi e di ottima qualità , dopo tanto tempo sono riuscito ad assaporare nuovamente le animelle fritte e direi davvero sublimi , fatto il BIS.. Prezzi adeguati
