Absolutely worth a visit. The multi-course menus are always true artistic creations made from seasonal and local ingredients. Even the drinks come from small local suppliers. Or the oils and spices used.
Ingredients are often processed that you might initially think are neither edible nor edible. Pine cones from the surrounding mountains and stuff like that. Or parts of the vegetable plant that you throw away in everyday life.
Simply a real experience that you should just get involved in.
Last time there was someone at the next table with certain food intolerances and the menu was adjusted, which is probably not a problem because everything is freshly prepared.
Price performance is also completely right there. It's a little more expensive than elsewhere, but it's simply fantastic.
The restaurant impresses with its historic interior and the beautiful old building.
You have to do it once.

A slightly hidden place that tastes of other times... that you don't expect... where innovation and tradition meet and come together in simple dishes but with an unexpected taste... we were here for my partner's birthday. .. we tasted from tagliatelle with local snails to porcini ice cream with two drops of oil... good and refined raw materials, wild herbs and 0 km ingredients! The only waiter who is also the owner who explains his products to you with love and care.

Very nice innkeepers, food is great! There is a wide selection of local + seasonal and vegetarian dishes. There were also snail dishes on the menu (although we didn't try them). Large selection of wines - price performance completely reasonable! Recommend trying the desserts! Come back!

Pleasant Trentino culinary discovery.
We spent a beautiful New Year's Eve evening here, a characteristic and very welcoming environment.
Even though it wasn't a simple evening (New Year's Eve dinner), the service and dinner were truly top-notch.
The menu included 4 courses to choose from: starter, first course, second course and dessert.
The cuisine is typical Trentino cuisine revisited in our opinion (we were 4 adults plus 2 children) with good taste by the Chef.
Absolutely fair price especially for New Year's Eve.
We will definitely be back.

Mi sono ritrovato per caso a pranzare qui. Esperienza fantastica. Clima caldo ed accogliente tipico di montagna.
Antipasto: salumi tipici prodotti da loro…deliziosi
Primo: gnocchi di polenta con ragù di selvaggina…altrettanto delizioso
Il tutto accompagnato da una bottiglia di lagrein di una piccola cantina.
Prezzo anche troppo contenuto per l’elevata qualità che offre.
Un complimento speciale anche a Francesco super preparato e disponibile.
