Excellent typical trattoria, with seats outside during the summer along a characteristic alley and courtyard, good traditional local dishes. Excellent value for money.

We ate here after a long day hiking on the Via Francigena. My husband ordered the pork hock (Stinco di maiale) and I had a wild boar dish (Cinghiale). Both were beautifully seasoned and delicious. My husband loves pork and cooks it often, but we thought this was better than any he's ever made. Also enjoyed the house red.

During the visit to the beautiful Bolsena, I stopped in this typical restaurant, to taste the local dishes, attracted by the aromas of the cuisine. The place is very characteristic and ancient, the staff courteous. On the menu as an appetizer you can also find the classic platter, but we delighted in the porchetta, potato and fiordilatte meatballs and the mortadella and burrata ones. Excellent long pasta filled with cheese and pepper with truffle-flavoured carbonara. It is appreciable that the sauces can also be served with gluten-free pasta. As a second course I appreciated the wild boar stew in red wine. Good variety of desserts available. Pleasant and very positive experience that I recommend.

A wonderful place. The pizza is completely different than in German pizzerias, thin dough with many variations when it comes to toppings. The fried vegetables are also recommended, and the sparkling white wine makes it perfect. Always happy, see you next year.

Roman restaurant, very fast and friendly service. We went here for dinner and had the rooster, carbonara with pici, a sausage and chips pizza and tripe. Everything was delicious, especially the highly recommended carbonara. The pizza dough is very thin and not very tasty. There is also the possibility of visiting an underground cave. The desserts were also good, made by them.

Osteria rustica e eccellente nel suo genere. Abbiamo iniziato con l'ottima pizza (molto fina, saporitissima e croccante), passando poi alle lumache, allo spezzatino di cinghiale al vino, per finire con un dolcino. Non è la prima volta che andiamo e consiglio anche i primi tipici romani. Comunque è tutto buono. Gentilissimi i camerieri in sala: dal cameriere nuovo alla signorina ricciolina dai capelli scuri, tutti molto gentili. Consiglio anche di visitare la parte antica sottostante ( chiedere al proprietario). Grazie torneremo ancora.
