A nice surprise. Attracted by curiosity and proximity to the b&b, we enter the small road inside the village. It's like jumping back in time. A place stuck in times gone by. With a modern kitchen. Finally right portions: not too much. Not too little. We eat seasonal food. Excellent wine. Ate the ossobuco with mashed potatoes, agnolotti, and a couple of desserts. Watered with a rosé Nebbiolo which is a nectar. To return. Compliments.

antica osteria piemontese con piatti della tradizione riproposti in chiave moderna, nell'uso dei condimenti e nella presentazione. Altissima qualità di ingredienti molto ben cucinati. ambiente caratteristico molto accogliente, pulito ed elegante. servizio eccellente, grande cortesia ed attenzione. vale certamente la pena di provare.

My partner and I felt welcomed by friends. The waiter is super nice and helpful, the owner very courteous and hospitable! Very good food!!! The owner's wife has golden hands, she cooks divinely, come and visit them and you won't regret it!

Cozy, cute, warm place. We were served by a well-prepared, fast, on-the-spot waiter. Extraordinary food, the phantasmagorical beef cheek, dissolves in the mouth, an absolute must try. From the appetizer I particularly liked the spreadable white cheese, the name of which I don't remember, but it had a bit of paprika and garlic in it. Lots of stuff. A little tip: in addition to breadsticks and bread, there would have been a few pieces of toasted bread.

03/04/2024: Nice place, uncomfortable chairs for lunch but not for resting, pappardelle with ragù for two people, good in white but not enough, a dish that is difficult to serve as it is like a priest's hat with a hollow slightly larger than a cup for coffee and milk. The dish and the bill were rejected, the service was a bit listless, sometimes a smile doesn't hurt. Water, bland breadsticks (left) rating 2 out of 5

Ristorante dell'Hotel Cristallo

21/04/2024: we stayed at this beautiful hotel for a weekend in mid-March. Very central location logistically, perfect for reaching the ski lifts. Excellent welcome, very courteous and helpful staff, attentive to our every need. Spacious, clean and tastefully furnished rooms. Cozy restaurant with typical and delicious dishes. The ribs cooked at low temperature are excellent. Varied, rich and good quality breakfast. Also recommended for families with children. We will be back.
15/01/2024: ho fatto un weekend e sono stato trattato da 5*, lo staff cordiale accoglienti, ottimo ristorante con piatti e vini molto interessanti...., i tortelli di cervo su base di cioccolato croccante veramente ottimi e le costolette di agnello...niente male, poi con un buon Nebbiolo di Travaglini...che dire, per finire con un digestivo Lyskamm riscaldato... ,colazione ottima e abbondante non ho usufruito della piscina o lo spa, stanza grande mi hanno dato una doppia uso singola, bagno grande. Posizione centrale parcheggio davanti al hotel. Alagna merita una vacanza
