Super recommended tavern, starters, first courses, second courses and desserts all stratospheric. I will definitely return.

Monumental tagliatelle with ragù, fantastic second courses, excellent desserts, friendly service, generous portions and a more than fair bill. Highly recommended. I forgot the friggione, exceptional.

Limited choice but on quality and imaginative food, nice and well furnished place, courteous and knowledgeable staff, excellent choice of wines, generous portions, the only flaw is perhaps some of the dishes/wines have an excessive quality/price ratio but it can be accommodated , you just need to know. Must try

Really good osteria It was a nice discovering Very typical food from the region with small menu but excellent proposals. We had the green tagliatelle with home made Ragu and some tortelloni from the house. Those last ones a bit heavy but that's the typical local cuisine, a lot of butter. Service was friendly and helpful, we had a testing of all different dishes but we think we may have charged more than what should be compared to was we got. I would come for sure next time

There is little to say, one of the best lunches of my life. We left Siena to get to know Alessandro and his cuisine. He's a great guy and creates some delicious dishes. All the staff are trained and friendly. The food is amazing, from starters to desserts. Absolutely worth trying! Thanks Alessandro, we have never eaten so well!!!

Excellent everything and wonderful staff

I went to dinner on a Saturday night with my girlfriend. Very nice and well furnished place in an old village tavern style with some very nice ideas. Menu with few choices, fortunately, but all of the highest quality and also seasonal. We divided between 2 a half portion of friggione which, to define good, is an understatement, a portion of gnocchi, always covered with the latter, and his majesty the tagliatella with ragù. I don't think there's any way to describe how good they are, without a doubt the best I've ever tried in my life. I must reluctantly admit, and this is the best compliment that can be given in my opinion, that they are superior even to the ones made at home by my grandmother/mother. We ended the meal with a really good cheesecake. Note of merit for the owner and the dining room staff who are very nice and know very well the product they talk about and serve, including wines.

Già entrando si intuisce di avere fatto un'ottima scelta: locale non grande, tavoli di legno e sedie di quelle di una volta, tante cose alle pareti che creano un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Servizio gentile, sorridente, accurato. Abbiamo ordinato tre cose diverse: tagliatelle all'ortica con ragù, crescentina con polpette e lingua con salsa verde. Porzioni abbondanti, ingredienti di alta qualità. La lingua davvero sublime, le tagliatelle dello spessore giusto cotte al punto giusto con un ragù che ha richiesto obbligatoriamente la scarpetta, le polpette sulla crescentina da leccarsi i baffi. Poi cheesecake con castagne (non amo il cheesecake in generale, quindi non mi esprimo, ma le mie commensali se lo sono divorato) e per me un delizioso, fresco, profumato sorbetto ai frutti di bosco. Prezzo adeguato. E poi un giovane chef che coccola i clienti. Ci torneremo

Ieri sera 16/12/2023 Locale come sempre “murato” di commensali Ristoratori in ogni istante attenti….gentili…super preparati Menu’ come ogni volta “ commovente” Ieri sera ancora di più non solo commovente, ma fantascientifico; riferimento alla new entry nel menu’ : lingua in salsa verde Bravi ragazzi, rimanete sempre cosi! I pronostici su di voi di CHEF BARBIERI, non uno a caso,sono stati rispettati al 1000x1000 Omar “doppia tagliatella XL”😜 🙏🍾😫🥂
