Restaurant with a Slow Food snail. Ate very well. Informal place. Large menu with many local dishes. Nice staff.

Had dinner here on our last night in Florence and it was off putting. They separate the tourist into the back of the restaurant and put all the locals upfront. In the back they play American music and in the front they play Italian. Felt weird to be segregated. The food was also just okay compared to everything we ate in Florence. Wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for an authentic spot with good flavorful pasta or friendly local service. Pass.

Really nice place for dining. Reception was really nice. Ambience is super also. Waiter spoke perfect english and so did sommellier. Extra plus for wine selection introduction, you don't often get this kind of service. Steak was best we have had. I bet rest of the dishes are also high class. We were super happy of this experience. Please go and try this place. You don't get dissapointed and this is a promise on our behalf.

The steak was phenomenal! I would not recommend the steak tartar or the octopus salad. Food was great over all. Our waiter frenchesco was extremely condescending because I was American and have not been to Italy before. If you are visiting from America, I would suggest another restaurant.

All the qualities to feel good at the table in Florence. Steak quality for cooking and stellar flavor... Attentive and punctual service with the right bean approach ;-)

Incredible food, the wine choices were incredible and the staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was perfect, they even popped a candle in my fiancé's tiramasu for his birthday! Steak florentine was also to die for!

Food and wine were delicious, service was great. I noticed that myself and the other patrons in the restaurant were all Americans, so if you're looking for an authentic local Italian grandmother's kitchen experience, this might not be it. We were one of several couples waiting at the door when they opened at 7:00, and we had no problem getting a table, even without a reservation. The restaurant is very cozy and ambiance is nice. We had: - a bottle of wine that the waiter helped us pick out based on our preference - pork charcuterie (10/10) - beef ravioli - pasta with lamb ragu. (Both pasta dishes were AMAZING, and what I would recommend) - veal with potatoes (sorry baby cow, but it was delicious) - skirt steak (I thought this was a little tough, but my boyfriend enjoyed it) - Tiramisu (also great, very creamy) All of this for £130 seemed very reasonable to us, considering everything seemed very high quality.

Had dinner here for our anniversary. It was amazing! The service was perfect - so helpful, but they didn’t hover. Excellent wine recommendations! I love how they help you choose your wine based on your menu selections. The tagliatelle with rabbit was some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. And the steak…no words! So so so good!! Our waiter was even kind enough to write out a list of wineries in the area for us to visit. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!!

Delicious in every way. But not traditional Florentine Steak. No filet on a porterhouse? We were disappointed even though the beef was superior in flavor. Delicious bread, wine and pasta. Staff worked really hard helping us find the best wine for us.

Ottimo locale con mattoni a vista gestito da personale giovane e molto competente. Cantina vini a vista ottimamente fornita con bottiglie ed annate superlative! Carta menu interessante, ma su tutte va citata la Fiorentina: gustosa, saporita, cotta alla perfezione! Prezzo buono!
