Apart from the really unfortunate joke from the waitress who exclaimed as a welcome "Well done, you came first so we can finish first" it was a pleasant lunch. The restaurant extends along a corridor and has a "warm" decor typical of a tavern. The welcome glass of prosecco was appreciable, as was the appetizer, mortadella mousse with pistachios and balsamic vinegar. I had lunch with my family and, since we had work commitments in the afternoon, we limited our orders to three first courses (Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, gramigna sausage and porcini mushrooms and lasagna alla Bolognese). As a Bolognese I must note that the tavern has a "hurried" chef. In particular, the tagliatelle and gramigna were good but cooked a little too late, while on the lasagna the chef really needs repetitions. First of all, it would always be desirable that the corners that are always burnt are never served to the customer from the pan. I had to have it replaced. And then, even if prepared beforehand, they should be served piping hot and not lukewarm. The béchamel must "flow" and envelop the portion and the customer in a riot of triglycerides and perfumes. None of this happened. Next time, with more calm, we will definitely also order the Bolognese cutlet and the trifle. Price appropriate to the quality and portions served.

Beautiful place, typical old-time tavern. Tagliatella with ragù and very good lasagne, Bolognese cutlet I would say is the best I have ever eaten, friggione almost as good as my mother's, the trifle is also good!
Polite and friendly staff, I just recommend an extra smile (but it was a Saturday, maybe they were a little tired, okay).
In any case I will definitely be back!

The food was in the local style, well prepared and the flavours were delicious. The staff were great too. It was so good we returned two days later. Totally worth a visit!

We had dinner at this tavern for a special evening. Nice place, friendly and attentive staff, excellent background music too. The dishes are well made, presented very well but, most importantly, everything is really delicious! Super recommended!

Bel locale nel centro di Bologna.
Locale accogliente. Menu tipico bolognese
Ottimi i tortellini in brodo. Ottime anche le lasagne.
La cotoletta alla bolognese X I miei gusti aveva troppo formaggio.

Servizio veloce anche se il locale era pieno. Occorre prenotare con largo anticipo.

Osteria tipica dove assaporare le delizie culinarie emiliane. L'entree è già un successo, polpettina a base di carne e spinaci, poi impanata e fritta. Due primi: tortellini in brodo e lasagne verdi, entrambi eccezionali. Due secondi: cotoletta alla bolognese e arrotolato di coniglio, accompagnati con cicorie, patate al forno e il tipico friggione, top. Per concludere, una zuppa inglese deliziosa.
