24/01/2024: Business lunch with colleagues. We used the "a la carte" restaurant. The menu offers 4/5 starters and as many first and second courses divided between meat and fish. I chose the pole tuna with roe deer: simple and good, perhaps a little behind in salt. Entrecote with green pepper: good and soft. Cooked very well. Absolutely tasty. We didn't choose desserts. Simple but clean and well-kept environment. Even though there were 9 of us, the service was quick and courteous. I don't know the price as we were offered lunch. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.
