Friendly and trained staff. We ate very well, I recommend the tagliatelle with rabbit sauce and the tortelli filled with ricotta and duck sauce, truly TOP. Florentine steak as tender as butter and, finally, delicious special desserts. We'll be back.

We enjoyed a great 4 course menu with wine accompaniment. Courteous staff and creative cuisine ensured a successful evening. Reasonably priced but upscale.

Everything was excellent: ingredients, preparation, service. The pici, just by trying them you will understand the delicate and original taste, and the pannacotta, a small work of art.

The level of cuisine is truly high, so much so that I struggle to find one thing that impressed me more than the others. If I really have to say one thing, perhaps it was the fact that there was nothing banal: even in the most classic and simple things we appreciated a creative touch that stood out without ever ending up out of tune. Service taken care of down to the smallest detail. It is truly a restaurant that deserves: well done!!

Osteria in a modern style, brand new. The owners are a young couple who are very attentive to their guests. Everything was delicious for us. Of course, they were surprised by the apple parmigiana. I don't know how they did it, but it feels like you're eating classic parmigiana with eggplant. In general, if you want a little bit of revision, not a super traditional trattoria, but not too gourmet, this establishment is an excellent middle ground.

Com’è la corte de frati????Eccezionale, fenomenale…eravamo 4 coppie siamo stati letteralmente coccolati da uno staff estremamente gentile e super preparato…che dire della cucina fantastica!!!il cuoco si merita una stella Michelin per la sua inventiva, là freschezza dei prodotti e la cura nella presentazione dei piatti!!!ps I love parmigiana di mele❤️!!!torneremo presto!!!

Era un po’ che non venivo alla Corte dei Frati e non è la mia prima recensione…..ogni volta gli darei un punto in più. Alessandro si riesce a superare e a migliore di volta in volta. Federico supera se stesso nella scelta dei vini (Fattoria Kappa ultima scoperta!). La cortesia in sala di Francesca e Federica nobilita tutto. 10 e lode. Se venite a Figline Valdarno non perdete l’esperienza, vale il viaggio

22/05/2024: Passing through Florence for a few hours I visited the Grand Hotel Minerva, whose restoration was the work of the great Edoardo Detti, my professor, for whom I had worked as a studio in the late Seventies. At the reception they welcomed me very cordially and I was able to visit the large rooms on the ground floor, which have kept alive the character of the restorations of the 1960s, in which Carlo Scarpa collaborated. I remembered the privilege of a guided tour by Prof. Detti, up to the small swimming pool on the roof, who had shown me how he had worked hard to design everything, even the letterhead of the "Minerva".
05/04/2024: We had a great stay here. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Nice location.

La Gramola

15/04/2024: Seconda esperienza in questo locale. La prima volta, mi ero scordato di recensire. Rimedio subito a questa mancanza. Tipica trattoria di qualità nel centro della tranquilla Tavarnelle. Location molto caratteristica, ben arredata. Molto carina la parte esterna. Si mangia benissimo. Pappardelle sulla nana buonissime. I secondi un vero godimento per il palato. Abbiamo preso: maiale ubriaco, peposo e bocconcini di galletto fritti. Un piatto meglio dell'altro. Ottima la torta di ricotta cheesecake. Carta dei vini ampia e con ricarichi giusti. Rapporto qualità prezzo sorprendente. Proprietario simpatico e gentile come l'altra signora in sala. Una cosa che ho apprezzato molto e che all'inizio del menù ci sia una lista dei loro fornitori a dimostrazione dell'ottima qualità dei prodotti usati. Complimenti per tanta gentilezza, competenza e professionalità.
02/04/2024: Il ristorante come si presenta è carino. Tavoli vicino ma non troppo. Apparecchiati bene. Staff ordinato e presente Personalmente abbiamo pranzato discretamente Carciofi a bassa temperatura un poco crudi (bastava qualche minuto in più) Formaggi buoni, nella media, primi fatti bene.
