Informal atmosphere, but warm and welcoming. The guys, friendly and professional, are fantastic and their dunks even more so. In San Casciano it is a must have!!!

Bistro offering gourmet flatbreads prepared with care and very good selected products. The beef tartare are excellent, prepared by a top butcher in the area. Exceptional organic wines by the glass from small local producers

EXCELLENT IDEA TO GET OFF THE HIGHWAY! Found it by chance and even though they were fully booked they found us a little place with little waiting. Excellent food (the flatbreads were fabulous but I recommend the tartare) and super staff! Next time in Tuscany I think we'll end up there on purpose 😉

We had an aperitif in this place, with an interesting Chianti and a platter of cured meats and samples of quality pecorino cheese. The dunks are excellent. They also offer craft beers. Advised. 😊

Negroni da manuale con buona selezione di gin (ho preso un Negroni con gin Vita come premium ed uno basic con Tanqueray) schiacciate molto buone e buone porzioni rapportate ai prezzi. Ambiente familiare ed accogliente. Consigliato e promosso a pieni voti!

02/04/2024: Perfect pub perfect for a dinner with friends. Very good food and well stocked with drinks. At the weekend it is always quite crowded and I recommend you make a reservation.
31/03/2024: Excellent quality of meat, wide choice of both meat burgers and pizzas. Friendly and quick staff in managing both orders and bringing the dishes. Excellent value for money of the products. There is also a wide choice of both Italian and foreign beers. The choice of desserts is also very wide. Ample parking in front and nearby. Recommended for classy and business dinners.

03/02/2024: Excellent restaurant, good raw materials and preparation of dishes, adequate selection of wines for every budget and taste. Obviously you pay for the good stuff, it was an excellent lunch.
