A show. After having dinner here, we returned the next day for lunch. The food is excellent and the welcome and service are top. The courgette and cod parmigiana wins but the rest is impeccable. I highly recommend you try this restaurant!

My mother (who hates eating out) had the opportunity to have lunch in this restaurant during an organized trip. He asked me to leave a review because he really liked both the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff even though they were visitors passing through. Abundant mixed appetizer, gnocchi with a delicate sauce, healthy meatballs as per tradition and exquisite baked bacon. Great price! Let's hope there will be an opportunity for me to try it as soon as possible.

I highly recommend anyone passing through Isernia to stop at the "OSTERIA ANTICHE MURA"... dishes inspired by truffles, homemade and typical of the area for those coming from Pescasseroli, Roccaraso etc etc . The chef, who I don't know personally but knows how to make your palate appreciate, will delight you with his sublime first courses, in fact they still remain imprinted in my mind and taste. This evening we were in this welcoming and characteristic restaurant located near the beginning of the historic center of Isernia and I must tell you that we were really happy with everything we tasted, below I bring you the photos of each dish. All really good, and I take the liberty of recommending the ravioli with caciocavallo inside, seasoned with porcini mushrooms and raw black truffle, as well as the tender and tasty sliced ​​meat which is served on a hot stone. I highly recommend you try it and trust me you won't regret it.

Un menù vario ed articolato con ingredienti a chilometri zero e ben cucinato. Buono anche il pesce il venerdì. Però è veramente assurdo che i vini siano in bella mostra su una larga vetrata fronte strada, esposti al sole( quest’anno anche 38 gradi ), ed alle più varie condizioni climatiche. Più volte abbiamo notato che pur consumando un vino di aziende conosciute il sapore era lontano dalla sua fragranza originaria. Come noi molti conoscitori del buon bere, hanno notato questa situazione. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo
