When it's called being a hospitality expert. Found via google, we arrived in the evening but they had all the tables booked for dinner. Seeing our sorry faces (we really didn't know where else to go) they took and cleared out a table next to the kitchen which they used for support. But after the excellent welcome... what ravioli!!! Really good lamb and roast beef. But the panna cotta with blackberries as a finish was sublime. Congratulations to all the staff

Abbiamo cenato qui per due sere di seguito: la prima gnocco fritto e selezione di affettati, tutto ottimo! La seconda sera abbiamo preso un primo e un secondo, e resistito ad un invitante antipasto a buffet! Tutto molto buono, il servizio è perfetto, Daniele e la sua cordialità il top!

Pranzo di lavoro come pochi! Servizio veloce e professionale, cibo di qualità e tipico della zona. Il proprietario è molto cordiale e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Suggerisco vivamente di andare trovare questa osteria. Ne vale davvero la pena.

Very loud and noisy place. Food was simple, but ok. Tortelli were tasty but very buttery and the Battuta Piemontese beef arrived cold with poor vegetables. Nice atmosphere though.

Una scoperta, ottimi i primi della tradizione. Buoni i secondi, ottime materie prime e personale cordiale e simpatico. Da tornarci per scoprire tutti i loro piatti.

Una vera osteria, perfetta per pranzi di lavoro o per cene tra amici. Oste molto cordiale e menù semplice ma completo. Servizio molto veloce e preciso. Prodotti di ottima qualità e ben cucinati.

Ambiente molto gradevole, l'antipasto a buffet non delude mai. Ottima la carne. E ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Un giro bisogna farlo.

16/03/2024: We choose this place because we love mushrooms and truffles. The dishes chosen, all based on truffles, lived up to our expectations, all very good. Top prized black truffle!! Prices displayed and well communicated in order to avoid misunderstandings. Fast and attentive service. A particular location that you may like or not, but for our tastes it should not be an added value or a limit. We will definitely be back to try the mushrooms too.
02/03/2024: Traditional restaurant in Viano. Hospitality and friendliness. Perfect if you don't want to have confusion. The only thing I would recommend is a little less butter, but overall everything was really tasty, from the fried mushrooms to the tagliatelle and the Chianina fillet.
