Also recommended for difficult palates, the chef always manages to find and understand the tastes of the customers, in my case as the girl is a little difficult in traditional dishes, he was offered an amazing chicken curry, I, a carbonara enthusiast, found it very good, although next time the chef will try even more to get closer to my tastes, such as creaminess and bacon a little softer and not crunchy (matter of taste)... but I appreciated it a lot, all espresso and everything tasty, spaghetti al dente, not being a lover of sweets the chef insisted on letting me taste a hot chocolate dessert, I changed my mind about desserts, well done, the path is the right one.
