In the heart of Alessandria this vegan restaurant is a little treasure: intimate and welcoming, I recommend booking given its size. The menu highlights vegan cuisine with varied and surprising dishes, rich in authentic and well-balanced flavours, accompanied by excellent drinks such as smoothies and smoothies. The quality/price ratio is excellent, making it accessible to everyone. My visit was an enriching journey into the world of vegan taste, a culinary discovery worth repeating. In short, not just a place to eat but an experience that opens up to a healthy and fascinating gastronomic world.

I didn't have the chance to eat, but the staff was very kind and helpful, the freshly squeezed juice and the coffee my friend had apparently was good.

Beautiful location, shame about the vandals who disturb with balloons, dirty with paper and cigarette butts a square of historical importance now smeared with bad taste mural designs. Yet another proof of a poorly functioning administration. Too bad it would otherwise be a niche venue.

Nice completely vegan place in the center with a view of the church of Santa Maria di Castello and a nice outdoor area. Open from Tuesday to Thursday from morning until 3pm, Friday and Saturday until midnight, it offers delicious and non-trivial vegan dishes prepared with 0km vegetables.

An entirely vegan reality at affordable prices in a pleasant space and even more so outside in summer, suitable for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The parking is not directly on site but in the surrounding streets but better that way, the situation is beautiful because there is little passage of cars, in summer it seems like being in a holiday resort

We had lunch on a Friday in October in almost summer weather, sitting outside under the plants in a sort of unexpected holiday break. I had the braised seitan ravioli, rich and tasty, and the delicate but perfectly comfort food carpione pumpkin. They brought us black and white bread, I only tasted the black bread (with lots of seeds) but it went perfectly with the onions and pumpkin sauce. Washed it all down with a strangely light and slightly acidic beer that I wasn't expecting but which ultimately accompanied the food well. I then let myself be tempted by a pear in wine (white or red I decided at the request of the waitress, red for the record) prepared differently from how I make them, with a thick sauce on the cooked pear and with less spices than I add at home, but it was a simple and pleasant end to the meal. Coffee. 25 euros but we ate well and satedly I think that if I return to Alessandria I will return here too.

Ho cenato presso questa struttura e devo dire che era tutto molto buono dalla prima portata all'ultima. La cameriera disponibile e cortese, peccato che ha dimenticato di portare il sacchetto del pane. Al momento di pagare il conto la signora alla cassa pur facendole notare questa mancanza prima dell'emissione della ricevuta mi ha comunque addebitato 2.00+2.00 euro di coperto, giustificandosi che ORMAI aveva battuto lo scontrino!!!! A Fronte di un servizio avuto solo in parte ( due tovagliette di carta) poteva benissimo farmi pagare due euro e non quattro!!! Ne faccio ovviamente una questione di principio e nn di soldi.Il cliente una volta aveva sempre ragione...ma vedo che i tempi sono cambiati!!

Ambiente delizioso molto parisien. Cibo ottimo e fantasioso.
