A taste journey, from appetizers to sweet treats! Well-deserved star, the different tastes invite you to a Ligurian journey. It is quite rare to note that the chosen containers and the decoration of the room remain in memory. The service was impeccable with a real sense of experience with the explanations provided by the teams and the chef. Thank you again for this interlude between land, sea and vegetable garden (the vegetables and herbs are grown on site.) A unique experience.

Great food and our server Jimmy was wonderful

Not just a meal but an experience. Each course was a delight, both visually stunning, explained thoroughly by the excellent service team and then also just plain delicious. I especially loved the course with a pressed oxtail (and the sauce!) and the rabbit button pasta (and the sauce!) but was also stunned by the beautifully green barley risotto, the fermented drink pairing that came with the artichoke dish, the desserts... oh and the quail, that I have never eaten better prepared. The philosophy of the restaurant is one of using local ingredients, marrying garden, sea and mountain, and I just cannot overstate how much I enjoyed my evening that felt more like a journey than "just" a dinner. Oh and did I mention that the focaccia is just out of this world, and all the cutlery and dishes are handmade? A place I will remember for a long time, and hope to come back to soon. Thank you!
