Typical Piedmontese trattoria with a nice flavor of the 60s/70s of the twentieth century
I had lunch with a slice of fassona and a panissa alla Vercelli
Both delicious
Furthermore, although the place was quite crowded, the owner managed the various customers well

My favorite restaurant in Vercelli! You eat and drink really well, I wouldn't change it for any other place - Simone is an excellent host, the food is of the highest quality, the cleanliness is impeccable - Congratulations for making a difference in our city!!!

Excellent restaurant, typical food prepared with care. The Savoyard appetizer, the fillet and the spaghetti with fish are highly recommended. Friendly staff. Wide choice of wines, including very fine ones, and cheeses. Advised

The excellent choice of raw materials can be felt in all dishes, very competent and kind staff. Excellent starter proposals (they are real pasta lovers here) and the idea of being able to share the contents with several diners is nice. Top wine list!
