I went to eat there on Easter day and obviously I took the Easter menu. The menu was nothing special, it didn't give you that "wow" you expect from a starred restaurant. It is located in a somewhat remote place but can be reached with the GPS on your cell phone because car navigators send you to a closed road. I found the cost a little too excessive.

Bello bello! La fam. Bastianich ha fatto veramente un buon lavoro. L’atmosfera ed il cibo ti portano in America. Super hamburger veramente ben cucinato. Conto buono. Da provare il gelato al pop corn

Nice location, good service, decent food, but I've only been there once so I tried a hamburger and a coleslaw salad... I liked the latter less than the one offered by the competition. In the hamburger the breaded mushrooms were stringy.

Abbiamo Mangiato in 3 un hamburgher una costata una bistecca di kobe tutto buono niente da dire ma costi troppo elevati per una famiglia il che si era notato già all ingresso del locale praticamente vuoto . Una volta si può fare ma basta di sicuro

We held our youngest son's wedding reception at Orsone in Sept 23. We had guests from all over the world, and everyone agreed that the location, the food and the service were outstanding! The reception started at 13.00 with an outdoor aperitivo and continued until past midnight. The chef alternated the courses served at the table with small plates that were carried on trays to people who were outside dancing or chatting. The chef ( who could be watched while he cooked )also provided an excellent menu for our guests with food intolerances. The Orsone team was plentiful and best of all, attentive and discreet. 12/03/2024: Today we rediscovered the town of Sutrio, we stayed there for the whole day, between one street and another the ALVISE tavern pampered us with a good glass of wine and a bacon canapé, given the welcome, splendid to say the least, we decided to stop for dinner too....it was an apotheosis of flavours....we recommend it to anyone passing by...the cuisine, from the area, was sublime to say the least...the lady AURA who served us was truly prepared and very kind as well as making the diner feel at ease... we will absolutely return.
08/03/2024: I have never stayed in the rooms but it is worth going to this tavern even just to eat. Excellent and refined food, in my opinion one of the best places in all of Carnia

28/03/2024: The food is 5 stars for the quality, grilled meat is very good and cooked with skill, the service is 2 stars because Francisco is nice otherwise I would have given one star. You can't wait more than an hour between starter and main course and the innkeeper's answer certainly can't be to come on a Thursday if you don't want to wait. Personally, despite the quality of the food and wines, I will not go back again, also because for what we spent the service should have been impeccable. Francisco was a pleasure, but once is enough
18/03/2024: What a wonderful place. Everything we had was delicious, but the Bistecca alla Fiorentina was definitely the highlight. The service was excellent and everyone was very kind to our seven-year-old son. Highly recommended!
