Excellent dishes, and known for the renowned "Sushigliano". Service, now very efficient, and extreme kindness of the employee staff. Without forgetting the Manager (Girl/Woman) true "soul" of improvement

Good Sicilian-based fish and sushi restaurant. Excellent ideas with well-studied dishes. Prompt and very kind service. Only flaw, table a little too close together. Top plate: Raw Meracinque Carnaroli risotto with Mazzara del Vallo prawns, turnip greens and Roccaverano robiola.

Excellent Sicilian and sushi restaurant: a perfect combination. The sushi is excellent as are the pasta and rice. A mention also for the dessert: the zabaglione foam with almonds, amazing. The wine list is excellent. Always book in advance.

Cena ben organizzata da un collega di Torino; il locale, accogliente, ci ha reso la serata molto piacevole anche in virtù dell'ottimo sushi proposto. Selezione dei vini da ogni parte d'Italia. Prezzi alla portata di tutti

Cozy place and friendly staff. Service a little slow but since it's a Saturday night, that's OK. On food...ups and downs. The Oinos menus (sushi and sushilian) were appreciated, the "cooked" dishes not so much: quality wild salmon carpaccio but unfortunately completely tasteless, Sardinian fregola with an acidic aftertaste. The sea bass with vegetables is saved for the quality of the fish. Dessert: cinnamon mousse with caramelized apples, we couldn't finish it as it was cloyingly sweet. Average high price but the quality of the raw materials justifies it. Overall decent, but can improve.

Il ristorante è bello, accogliente, di classe. Curato alla perfezione e accogliente. Il sushi è buono ma non ottimo. In un ristorante del genere ci si aspetterebbe pesce più fresco.

25/04/2024: Beautiful place, lovely welcome, impeccable service. However, the quality of the dishes is very uneven. We wanted to discover the qualities of the chef through his 10-course menu at 110 euros per person and apart from 3 dishes that we really liked, the rest was ok, sometimes disappointing. The seasoning is also uneven, some dishes were too salty and poorly balanced, others lacked salt or taste like the overcooked poultry and the spaghetti with small capers. As it is a 10-course menu the portions are minimalist, so whether you like it or not, it is finished in 3 bites. I'm giving it 4 stars anyway because we had a good evening and it's possible to enjoy this restaurant by ordering the tastiest dishes like shrimp and rabbit ravioli a la carte. Plus it will cost much less!
