Officine del Cibo In Belpasso

I had dinner in this lovely place a few evenings ago and had a great time. The friendliness, kindness, professionalism and pleasantness of the owner made the evening pleasant. The place is taken care of down to the smallest details, excellent cleanliness as well as the dishes that arrived at the tables. I tried their sandwich called Cilindro. Optimal. The only advice I would give (obviously following the taste of my palate) is to change or insert another type of sandwich because the content is so good that it loses out to the soft sandwich. I will happily return to try the meat dish, especially the pork shank with potatoes. 😋😋

Well deserved 5 stars for this truly beautiful place from the location to the attention to detail, excellent use of raw materials, vast choice, shame I wasn't able to take a photo of the dishes but alas I ate them straight away 😅 would I recommend it? certainly atmosphere? very cool and soft it doesn't stay nothing but try it too 💯💯

Serene and courteous environment. Excellent quality dishes

In September me and my friends tried this excellent restaurant located in the mean square of Belpasso and with easy and free parking places near the restaurant. We have ordered few different dishes to try most of their specialities ( caprese salad, fries with pistachios sauce and mixed of grilled meat). Every of these dishes were really delicious, you can see the difference of high quality food with honest prices of a family restaurant. In addition, you have also an huge choice of local wines and few selection of local beers. My congratulations go to all staff for the great service that makes our dinner unforgettable, we will come back for sure! Grazie!

Cordiale e veloce, le pietanze erano ottime e la qualità alta. Prometto di ritornarci

Sono partito dagli antipasti fino al dolce, tutto di ottima qualità. Locale molto pulito in tema officina. Il locale era molto affollato, però devo dire grazie alle abilità dello chef i tempi di attesa erano molto brevi. Proprietari e camerieri molto gentili. Ritornerò presto!

Una fresca serata in una bella località come Belpasso. Suul fianco dà Muntagna offre fresco ed un'immersione del lavico dui é fatta questa zona della Sicilia in palazzi, sculture e strade. In questo contesto si inserisce l'officina. Stile industrial con inserimenti di stile siciliano tipo le vecchie porte dei casolari trasformati nei piani di tavolo. Si mangia bene e genuino. La carne ha sapore che, ultimamente non é una cosa scontata e le portate sono abbondanti. Si aspetta un pò ma ci sta visto che la cucina lavora al momento. La conduzione é familiare, cortese e attenta ai desideri degli ospiti. Quindi bella esperienza.
