Abbiamo trascorso il capodanno in questo bel locale, purtroppo hanno tirato a fare incasso, ospitando più di 200 persone e quindi... Stretti a tavola, piatti freddi vino rosso scadente (bianco molto buono)per non parlare della musica altissima anche quando mangiavamo. Una signora ha provato a dire qualcosa a riguardo della musica,lui (credo il padrone) gli ha risposto di stare a casa se non voleva la musica alta.NON si risponde in quel modo ai clienti. Peccato davvero,ci ho festeggiato sempre molto volentieri i miei compleanni e dei miei figli ma a questo giro sono rimasta molto delusa.

Un po' delusi.... Non tanto del menù perché abbiamo preso solo antipasto ossia affettati Un piatto scarso di tagliatelle e un secondo. ...ma soprattutto perché prenotando non ci hanno avvisato che all' interno del locale vi era un 30 esimo e un 18 esimo due compleanni...con tanto di musica.. Troverei corretto avvisare così decido io se stare in un ristorante pizzeria oppure in discoteca dove non si sente parlare neanche la persona accanto🥺🥺 (a proposito non fanno più le pizze😭😭😭😭😭 ..... con grande rammarico, l' avevo mangiata più di una volta e anche molto buona) Speriamo di essere più fortunati la prossima volta🙂

I was there for a wedding, a very rich aperitif, the selection of starters was very varied and of good quality, the rest of the dinner was also good. The location is very beautiful, suitable for holding this type of event.

Rostorante situato nelle verdi colline toscane a pochi km da Siena. Ottima la qualità del cibo, location all'aperto incantevole, che si affaccia su un bellissimo laghetto che ben si presta alle foto per cerimonie. Il personale gentile e professionale.

Cibo buonissimo, il pesce su tutto. Ogni piatto ben curato e con ottimi abbinamenti di sapori. Crema di polpo delicata e deliziosa; paccheri davvero squisiti. Questi solo due esempi. Personale carinissimo e attento al cliente(non lo do mai per scontato perché tante volte si incontra un personale un po' musone e moscio che fa il suo lavoro solo come un dovere e non per lasciare il cliente soddisfatto e contento). L'ambiente è molto particolare, elegante, pulito e curato, con un laghetto che rende il tutto ancora più bello e caratteristico. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

06/05/2024: We booked at this tavern a bit by chance, it is near the escalators and we are passing through. That's better! We took a plate of pici with truffle, sausage and pecorino cream, divided it by two, but already there we realized that the portion was abundant and delicious. Followed by a Cinta Senese fillet with porcini mushrooms and a scallop. The fillet didn't seem plentiful at first glance but in reality it is a very satisfying meat, and at the end of the dish I was fully satisfied! Super recommended. Wine and water. Price: wine and water, 1 first course and two second courses and 1 side dish 55 euros, more than honest, almost cheap I would say!

07/03/2024: What is I'COVO for me? Well, one of the restaurants where I leave a piece of my heart every time. Roberta and her husband are fabulous, smiling, welcoming, they make you feel at home and for this reason I always gladly come back. The food exudes passion and love, you can feel it in the flavour, you can notice it in the dishes. The venue has an enveloping, warm and simply refined atmosphere. The soft colors and not too strong lights accentuate the authenticity of the place. What weren't those Tartar ones 😍😍😍
