A selection of dishes that honor the cuisine and those who created them. The entrées are superb and surprising, a classic by now. The tasting menu is flawless. A special mention goes to the dining room staff, who are as competent as they are helpful and friendly. A truly wonderful evening.

A friendly welcome. Beautiful dining room. - Fine food: fish tartare with green apples, perfectly cooked seafood salad with mussel broth, etc. - The final scene is original, like in an opera: a small stage where the waiter raises the curtain and reveals the delicacies. - Very good and inexpensive wine recommendation with a Pecorino.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, with soft lighting and a sea view that make for a relaxing evening. The staff was friendly and helpful, attentive without ever being intrusive. Maria, who guided us through the tasting experience, was excellent. We opted for the "A Day at the Beach" menu, which left us with a pleasant experience. The underground spaghetti with sea urchins and pecorino di fossa fondue, as well as the red mullet buttons, foie gras, and green peppercorns, were fabulous; the dessert was also excellent.

I've been to this restaurant several times, and it's always a sure thing. It's been the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Pesaro for several years now. All the dishes are perfectly balanced and literally explode in your mouth with a riot of flavors. Highly recommended for couples, as it's very intimate, given the limited seating. At the end of the meal, Chef Ciotti comes out to chat with guests.

Cibo buono e ricercato ma il resto un disastro…..metre per la scelta del vino inesistente vino non versato piatti poco descritti……non ho mai visto mettere il coperto nel conto di uno stellato….. non basta cucinare bene per essere stellati
