Stefano Ciotti's cuisine never disappoints.
I dined at his restaurant on Easter, a special day, with a menu dedicated to the occasion.
The dishes, though festive in nature, retained the signature elements of the chef's culinary vision: recognizable and traditional elements, combined in sophisticated combinations that enhance rather than distort the flavor.
It has rightly climbed my personal ranking among the restaurants where I've most enjoyed the culinary journey.
The wine list is extensive, with many Italian and international labels.
The service is kind and friendly (without being intrusive), the tables are well spaced, and it has an enviable location on the Pesaro seafront.
Parking can be difficult if you arrive by car, but there are secure parking lots a few hundred meters away.
Prices are in line with the type of restaurant.

We couldn't have asked for anything better from a seaside lunch. The food was top-notch, with dishes that truly wowed us, and the service was wonderful, pampering us with every possible attention. Everything was truly perfect, and everyone was excellent.

Good food, some dishes more successful than others. Service was far too fast; I would have appreciated a little more time between courses. The wine pairings were almost all spot-on, but perhaps the wine service itself could use more attention. Considering the high price, one expects perfection, but in some cases it seemed more like the intention was to overdo it rather than truly guide the guest through a journey.

Nostrano restaurant is a true Italian gem. I was a guest of a dear friend of mine for dinner with a group of friends and was enchanted. The restaurant is elegantly furnished, and the staff's hospitality and professionalism were sublime: we felt right at home.
I was fortunate enough to personally meet the owner, Michelin-starred chef Stefano Ciotti, a delightful, approachable, and extremely professional person. The tasting menu was a triumph of flavors and emotions.
This restaurant is definitely worth a try: you'll return home with a completely different understanding of cuisine than you expected.

I've been to Nostrano many times, and every visit is always a unique experience.
From the impeccable service to the breathtaking view, everything contributes to a truly memorable experience. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and knows how to guide the customer without ever being intrusive.
The cuisine is refined, perfectly balanced, and of exceptional quality.
Among the dishes that won me over, their gratin tomato entrée deserves a special mention: a pan-seared cherry tomato, a crusty bread core, and a surprising garlic and olive oil granita. A combination of textures and flavors that is simply extraordinary.
A restaurant that continues to deserve every praise, visit after visit.

The utmost attention and care in welcoming.
The presentation of the dishes is meticulously crafted, as is the choice of ingredients, which are presented in original yet uniquely delicious combinations.

A selection of dishes that honor the cuisine and those who created them. The entrées are superb and surprising, a classic by now. The tasting menu is flawless. A special mention goes to the dining room staff, who are as competent as they are helpful and friendly. A truly wonderful evening.
