We ordered two pizzas, a margherita and a bistro, the first was with very little mozzarella for a margherita, nothing to say about the bistro. Polite and friendly staff, honest prices except for the margherita. I pointed out what I found for the margherita pizza, I was told that I'm not the first to make this observation and that next time I could easily ask for more mozzarella, so the margherita for them is just like that! Of course, anyone who orders it for the first time will always be dissatisfied! If I were the owner I would talk to the pizza chef. Someone passionate about daisy may never come back!

We had a really good time with the staff and the truly excellent dishes. I highly recommend it and it will certainly be our go-to restaurant when we return.

It is a small family run bistro. The food is good and the service fast. A little expensive perhaps. For a scamorza and a glass of wine 5.50pm.

When I come to Fiuggi it is natural to choose the New Bistrot to savor the taste of very good meat cooked perfectly

The platter was very good, the first courses were also good, the kebabs were a little less so as they were burnt. Excellent service, we had a very good time

I would recommend this Bistro as the portions are generous and the food is quality. Fair price. ADVISED!

Excellent restaurant to dine in... if every restaurant has its own strong point, without discussing the bistro they are the first... I ate the carbonara and I must say it was delicious..

2 volte in due giorni ! Ottimo vario ed abbondante. Locale semplice accogliente, concreto . Prezzo ottimo ( in due antipasto e secondo , vino amari 88.00 euro !)

Con mia moglie siamo stati soddisfatti dei piatti scelti, abbiamo mangiato all' aperto con un servizio cordiale e premuroso, penso che torneremo per provare altri piatti!

Bar dello Sport

18/03/2024: Large room divided into external and internal. Inside there is the bar and pizza room and another room surrounded by bottles of wine where you can dine or taste wines. Rich and refined appetizer and the pizza platter the real surprise. The kindness and courtesy of the staff did not make me feel uncomfortable.
14/11/2023: Cozy and friendly place. Absolutely recommended 😍
