We booked at the last minute and fortunately found two seats at the counter: an absolutely positive experience, from the service to the quality of the raw materials. The menu is smaller than that of an ayce, however the rolls are particular and original. The one with fassona tartare is recommended

Ormai uno dei preferiti quando arriva la voglia di sushi. Qualità davvero alta, roll squisiti, sushi misto idem. Locale piccolo e particolare, una bella atmosfera. Servizio cordiale e veloce. Ormai per noi un punto di riferimento! Conto perfettamente in linea.

Dalla presentazione all'assaggio, ogni piatto è una piacevole sorpresa. Cenando da Neta si percorre un viaggio caratterizzato da accostamenti cromatici e sapori inusuali ma preziosi che meritano di essere provati almeno una volta. A una prima occhiata, il menù presenta solo alcune delle pietanze note ai frequentatori abituali dei ristoranti giapponesi. La lista - non troppo lunga - riporta infatti una serie di piatti fusion che uniscono cibo freschissimo (i gamberi crudi sono il top!) a salse capaci di esaltarne il sapore senza coprirlo. Non aspettatevi un all you can eat né un grande locale dove perdervi in chiacchiere troppo a lungo. L'ambiente è riservato e il servizio è rapido e attento: una volta finito, dovete cedere il posto ai prossimi avventori. Come in tutti i ristoranti che puntano forte sulla qualità, il conto può lievitare rapidamente. È uno sfizio che vale la pena togliersi di tanto in tanto.
