After having placed several orders, I would like to express my appreciation for Dodo's pizzas: they have balanced toppings, the tomato is always tasty (never acidic!!!), the mozzarella is average, the dough is very well leavened (extremely digestible) and the perfect cooking, NEVER BURNED UNDER (important detail both for taste and for health and unfortunately underestimated even in the most "nobled" pizzerias where pizzas that are completely charred on the bottom are often served). At reasonable prices, therefore, this from Dodo remains the best takeaway pizza you can enjoy in the neighbourhood, with a fast and super courteous delivery service.

17/03/2024: Today for the bro's birthday we came to the Fior restaurant. Welcome asparagus starter. Tart with porcini mushrooms and black truffle. Gnocchi with white meat ragout and delicious truffle. Second course of Iberian pig and finally tiramisu. I ate a lot but didn't leave feeling heavy, on the contrary. Right portions and excellent service. Advised

27/01/2024: Local zero-mile cuisine, short menu and home-style service. Strong points are the tagliatelle with goose ragù as a first course and the roast goose as a second course. Genuine house wines in ready-to-drink bottles, both still and lively, even by the glass. Good homemade desserts. Correct value for money. A place suitable for couples, families and small groups of friends. Limited seats. Booking essential.
27/01/2024: Cucina prettamente locale con materie prime autoprodotte e a km zero. Menù corto, punti di forza le tagliatelle al ragu' d'oca e l'oca arrosto come secondo. Buoni i dolci della casa. 5-6 vini genuini di pronta beva di produzione propria, sia fermi che mossi, in bottiglia o al calice. Caffè con la mokka. Servizio di intonazione casalinga. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Locale adatto a coppie, famiglie e piccoli gruppi di amici. Posti limitati, indispensabile prenotare.
