Mokambo In Mascali

The place is just typical of Sicily, old but very clean. In the previous season the showers and toilets were enough, but if the place is full I don't think so, but what makes the place special is the view of Etna and the excellent restaurant on site. There were meals 3 times never been disappointed

Nice campsite, very quiet. There isn't much for children to play with. The pebble beach is directly on the other side of the street. Unfortunately there isn't much to do in the surrounding area. But a direct view of Mount Etna. The restaurant is very fine, has great prices (pizza from EUR 6.50) and the owner is extremely friendly. However, the quality of the roads all around is unreasonable.

Recommendation! Nice campsite, partly with shade, parceled out there, but also without, no parcels there; Supply and disposal OK; Electricity very good. Plumbing is only functional, as is the extractor. Very quiet; beautiful pebble beach (across the street). Washing machine great. Simple but very good restaurant, we ate there 5 times!! Staff very friendly in every area

Great place. The people working there are very nice and friendly. They always help, no matter where you are from. The square is surrounded by exotic plants. Bathrooms and toilets are spotlessly clean. A restaurant for six. The food is delicious and the service is first class, always smiling and happy to advise you on menu selection. Anyone traveling by camper and wanting to see the Etna volcano must stay at Camping Mokambo. Best regards.

Has everything you need for camping. Dogs are allowed. Lots of space. Good cuisine awaits you in the restaurant. Pebble beach is more pleasant to lie on than sand. Shopping in Mascali, about 2 km on foot.

A simple place, ideal with dogs, spacious pitches with a view of Etna! Direct access to the sea! Restaurant, fresh local produce, delicious and affordable.

We were there early March 2024. Staff were very friendly. On first impressions it is a very run-down site but it was everything we wanted.

I arrived here in winter with my bike and tent. Finally a campsite where there was nothing going on. There was also the beautiful pebble beach, which was also very quiet. Only the WiFi only works when it wants to :(
