Miralago In Petrella salto

A very welcoming place, with attention to layout, cleanliness and management. The staff is always present without being intrusive. The view is wonderful, recommended at any time of the year. The food is of excellent quality, homemade pasta, homemade desserts, genuine and healthy products.

Truly excellent lake fish lunch

Beautiful location overlooking the lake, very helpful and courteous staff. The first courses were very good, the second courses were a shame, where the quality was good but the cooking wasn't... for my taste the meat was overcooked... it definitely deserves a second chance...

Very nice place, we went today, we were more than 30 people and we found very kind and helpful staff, very good food and quick service. Large car park with beautiful view.

THE BEST PIZZA IN CENTRAL ITALY WITH A VIEW OF LAKE DEL SALTO Unforgettable evening on Lago del Salto with Mr.Giovanni. In addition to the indisputably beautiful, super welcoming, spotless venue, a 10/10 dinner. After a fantastic house appetizer we then chose to taste different menus, all excellent: miralago tonnarelli and whitefish ravioli, both based on lake fish, exceptional. Last but not least we chose the PIZZA MIRALAGO WITH PORCINI MUSHROOMS AND TRUFFLE, a delight for the palate, never tasted in such an amazing and gratifying way for the palate. An exceptional and winning dough, significantly above average: extraordinary leavening and very high quality products, an amazing combination. A particular dough and never eaten before. A pizza absolutely worth trying because it deserves and honors the owners and the place. Eating well is not a given and this restaurant deserves to be frequented. You will definitely return. Walking around the perimeter of Lake Salto In an almost surreal scenario dictated by the winter period where silence and tranquility allowed us to enjoy the entire landscape context from Petrella to Rocca Vittiana in complete solitude. An overly serene sleeping environment where the lake highlights the problems dictated by the climate with its banks now above the water level for several metres. Here we visited the PIZZERIA Restaurant and the only reason of interest was when we sat at the table and enjoyed the good atmosphere of the restaurant, which appears to be excellently positioned with an exceptional lake view. Good dishes where the spelled with porcini mushrooms is It was a really interesting novelty, the bioni platters of cured meats and cheeses turned out to be very ordinary, good, the first courses always traditional, a perplexity, that when we asked for a dish we were told that it wasn't there except then that it was served at the table opposite, in the case of the second course served to my daughter there was reason to evaluate their dubious freshness and we are talking about the mushrooms. The pork shank cooked to perfection was excellent. Even if we didn't take advantage, the restaurant has a good wine list where they accompany the excellent dishes, which however are quantitatively average. The desserts are good, the service should be reviewed even if Mr. Giovanni carries out his job as assistant to the dining room with skill. Excellent price.

Inizio con una premessa; Ero stato già più volte a cena o pranzo al Miralago,, non avevo mai recensito questo ristorante davvero ottimo. Quindi vorrei esprimere il mio giudizio con occhio esperto da ex ristoratore quando un posto lo merita. Iniziando dal proprietario, sempre attento alla gestione generale, pronto a risolvere tutte le esigenze dei clienti con gentilezza... Passando al personale, cordiale e disponibile, veloce e competente... in un ambiente piacevole accogliente e carino. Una volta a tavola, puoi godere di una vista spettacolare sul lago del Salto, sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino o bollicine..proveniente dall'ottima cantina di cui il ristorante è fornito. Per quanto riguarda le materie prime, le ho sempre trovate di buona qualità, con molti piatti di tradizione come le fettuccine al ragù di cinghiale, ai funghi porcini o al tartufo, come il farro, che non si trova facilmente nei ristoranti... le varie qualità di carne e pesce, finendo con i dolci sempre ottimi. Infine posso dire che il Ristorante Miralago merita di essere "Assaggiato" nel modo più assoluto. A questo punto vi dico... Provare per credere!

Posto bellissimo, ristorante tutto molto buono. Merita molto con il cibo che è buonissimo e i camerieri simpatici e disponibili . Siamo stati a pranzo poi abbiamo fatto una passeggiata sulla riva del lago del Salto - da stropicciarsi gli occhi 😊 Grazie di tutto.
