The Angus beef was sous vide cooked with very thin “Maillard crust” and then covered with bernaise sauce, removing the “crust” feeling completely. Nice meat but not cooked to my taste. Boring.

Dropped in for a refreshing drink after skiing. While all the tables are occupied, there are a few seats at the bar that are usually free. Excellent aperol spritz and great service.

Siamo stati in questo posto rinominato per la carne e confermiamo al 100% che è di eccellente qualità! Perfetto per il senza glutine attenzione degna della certificazione AIC. Carne tutta senza glutine incluse le salsicce e nel caso c’è anche la pasta per i celiaci (anche se consiglio vivamente di prendere la grigliata mista poiché è ECCELENTE!)

It's a nice place at the bottom of the lift - simple grill, but tasty - go for mix grill option to share - other items vary, mixed grill always excellent. Service is quick and they don't hassle you. Prices are reasonable- what else do you want?

Locale tipico e carino personale gentile e servizio ottimo. Carne spettacolo sia le costolette a bassa temperatura sia le salsicce. Il costo sembra alto leggendo il menù ma alla fine si rivela corretto. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Bar Trattoria "Il Moretto"

31/03/2024: Nice place, typical and non-typical dishes, plentiful. The only negative note: pumpkin gnocchi without duck ragù as indicated on the menu! It's a shame, perhaps because there were so many people, but anyway an ok Easter lunch! I advise
22/03/2024: Highly recommended, for me the best restaurant in Belluno. Ideal for a dinner as a couple, but also with friends and if you want to try a local, but at the same time sophisticated and always varied menu.
