I was stuck in Bologna due to a train strike, fortunately in front of the station I found this really comfortable hotel which immediately put my mind at ease given the unexpected event, really welcoming staff like the room: comfortable and spacious bathroom and bed for a good night's sleep, sweet awakening in the morning with a wide choice breakfast all included for just one emergency night......I would say happy with the train strike. thanks and greetings to the staff.

Standard hotel, clean and welcoming rooms. Location not optimal and service that could be improved

A stone's throw from the station, very spacious and clean room. King size bed. The room was a "small suite" and also had a study with a desk and treadmill. The only flaw: the temperature in the room was incredibly high and I wasn't able to lower it. If I had had to stay an extra night, I would have asked for support. Breakfast was also excellent. Definitely recommended!

We stayed for 5 days, in a double room. Positive: in front of the train station, buses that take you to the city center steps from the hotel, very rich breakfast (the exquisite grana padano), very good staff service (they speak English, Spanish), they have a taxi service to the airport very quickly, you order it immediately and they arrive within 5 minutes. Negative: far from the center (the variety of options to get there is offset), on one occasion they forgot to put towels (we had to insist, but they finally brought them, after calling and going down to the reception).

Excellent service, very friendly and available staff. The breakfast was spectacular and they have something for everyone. The location is perfect since it is two steps from the central station and you can go to the historic center on foot. What I appreciated a little less was the bathroom in the room because it was not in good condition: the door that does not close (plus the lintel was riveted with adhesive tape) and the bathtub was completely covered without draining the water. Otherwise, the beds were impeccable and in order.
