First of all, congratulations...... we went to lunch today for my birthday, a location I knew because of their skill, What can I say....tasting menu...excellent....to think that I am a lover of meat, fish and pasta....while (for ME) the top dish was a grilled salad (sorry chef if I define it like that ) with a puree of pumpkin and truffle.... a dish that will make you fly. The rest is all excellent, service and wines are excellent like all the staff, keep it up until the second star arrives. Thanks for everything.

The only flaw is that Chenin together with Whitefish was not a suitable combination. I would have preferred something to break up the intense acidity.

Amazing Michelin experience! We had a business lunch at this place and a 5 course dinner. Both were incredible! Unusual tastes and interesting combinations! Fantastic flavors and tastes. The service was super friendly and open!

Cozy and welcoming restaurant. Possibility of having 5 or 7 course menus chosen by surprise or a la carte. We preferred to choose a la carte. Local ingredients, well balanced and well cooked. Wine list with wide selection of natural wines. Attentive service. Deserved star.

Simply amazing! The best dining experience so far. The food is very sophisticated, locally sourced and the staff extremely attentive. We spent our anniversary there and the staff made us a very nice surprise.

Excellent Christmas lunch with friends. We were passing through, found a table and enjoyed the chef's cuisine. I recommend it, the food is excellent, the study, the research and the room service. The location and the menus, which are a little shabby, could improve.

Ci siamo recati in questo famoso ristorante a cena. Abbiamo optato per la degustazione a sorpresa di 7 portate, che dire: abbinamenti al limite, un percorso fatto di grandi emozioni, con un filo conduttore comune che traccia un percorso molto interessante all'insegna del gusto. Non posso esprimere un piatto migliore di altri perchè non ho proprio trovato nessun difetto in particolare ed ognuno faceva parte di un filo logico in un altalena di sapori ben congegnata. L'abbinamento vini, che spazia brillantemente da un piatto all'altro, è una cassa di risonanza davvero notevole perchè tende ad esaltare i sapori. Il locale è spazioso, i tavoli sono abbastanza ravvicinati ma l'acustica è buona, questo aspetto non ci ha creato particolari problemi. Servizio impeccabile, disponibile alle domande e alle battute scherzose, senza troppa formalità, come avevo notato anche in altri posti di questo livello. Davvero una bella esperienza, peccato che sia finita in un batter d'occhio. Consigliatissimo.
