Excellent food, we went to celebrate a birthday, very kind waiters always available, truly refined and delicious dishes, very welcoming environment in the heart of the Alps in Brentonico. Menu with a typical all-inclusive proposal, truly super traditional local cured meats, also exceptional is the pumpkin cream soup which really impressed me and the quail medallions, like the typical desserts, but with a truly top presentation. Well-stocked wine list and excellent champagne on offer. We will definitely be back, welcome with a glass of excellent prosecco and appetizers. I also want to thank the waiters who followed us in an excellent manner in our requests. Highly recommended to go there! Si sta bene, buon cibo e ambiente curato

Tutto perfetto. Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione: tutto buonissimo e gustoso, servito in maniera impeccabile. Dolci buonissimi! Il personale gentilissimo e molto attento: senza chiedere hanno apportato piccoli accorgimenti al menù (come la cottura della carne) in quanto sono in gravidanza e ci hanno spiegato che tutte le uova utilizzare sono pastorizzate. Ambiente molto accogliente. Era tanto che non venivamo qui ma ci torneremo alla prima occasione.

Ottimo pasto (due volte negli ultimi mesi) in questo storico posto. Personale cortese e professionale, cibo sempre ottimo (consiglio il menù degustazione completo), lista vini molto interessante soprattutto per quanto concerne la scelta dei prodotti locali e spesa finale onesta.. Per questo torneremo di certo..
