We loved MGM!! It's a great spot! It was my first time in Vegas and it did not disappoint! I don't smoke - but I have to say compared to other places we went MGM was the least smokey for whatever reason. We walked most places - we like walking so we walked pretty far, but enjoyed it.

Had an amazing stay! We were treated well by all the staff! Our housekeeper Ivayla was 10/10 she was always pleasant when we bothered her in the hall!

We stayed at the MGM for my birthday. The hotel is clean and nicely kept. The rooms are great! Nice and clean but they charge you to use the mini fridge! $50 I think that is absolutely ridiculous especially in the hot time of year you should be provided a place to keep drinks cold without being charged extra. The pool area is nicely kept and the pools are pretty warm. The chemicals were a little harsh as I got a chlorine chemical burn. We asked the front desk for a late check out and manager was very rude and lacked professionalism. She actually seems like she was on a power trip. We were willing to pay the late check out fee too! We did end up getting a late check out through the app. Our flight was late so we really needed the extra time. All of the other staff we had interactions with were great and so friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was well maintained. Housekeeping was outstanding so friendly and welcoming. One down side is no coffee maker. The Starbucks was closed early or not open at all so that was a bummer. Overall the hotel is good but I think we will be trying a new place next time we head to Vegas

Hotel is nice and clean! BUT, in the studio, you aren’t allowed to use the fridge…. Seems ridiculous, also no coffee maker, and if it did have one they would probably charge for that. Room was nice but those parts seemed really petty. Went to front desk for a late checkout, the lady “in charge” said no. Called the 1-800 number and they let us do a late checkout. That was pretty rude and annoying, it’s like the front desk manager just felt like saying no. But the other staff interactions were good. Location is obviously excellent. Pools were way too hot for 100 degree days but were mostly clean, chemicals in pool were a little high, my wife got a chemical burn, but we’d rather have too much chlorine than sit in pee 😂. Overall, would stay again, but will be trying another hotel next time.

This is my all time favourite hotel in Las Vegas. While it is at the south end of the strip, that is an awesome place to be. With the M&M and Hershey store within 5 minute walking distance and plenty of food inside and outside of the hotel this also makes it a great family hotel. The pool area is fantastic with full lazy river, two (maybe more) pools, and a nice hot tub. Several resturaunts and a bar included in the hotel that serve great food at okay prices. Johnny Rockets wanted $28 for a simple burger meal (unreasonable). Hotel buffet is $40 per person, the buffet is reasonably priced with 4 star quality food. The casino is very clean and they allow smoking which is great. They have Ka, which is one of my all time favourite Cique du Soleil shows. This place is absolutely banging and I haven't even talked about the rooms. The rooms are very nice, I would compare them to the quality of Hilton Garden Inns rooms. Pretty plain, but they do include a TV with free things to watch. The suites are monsters, I've stayed in one before and they have a Trump Tower's kinda vibe to them. The rooms are not the most advanced but they are cozy and clean. I can't recommend the MGM enough, every time I go to Vegas, this is the place I stay. Last trip 05-26-2024

The location was good, so was the pool but the rooms are a bit outdated.

House keeping was shampooing carpets in several rooms close to ours from 1am-4am making it near impossible to sleep
