Hands down the best steak in Florence for several reasons:
It is served on a plate that keeps it hot so you can enjoy it with the time needed to appreciate the best quality meat, without having to continue cooking on the table like in other restaurants where it is left on boiling cast iron.
The chef provides a superlative oil to add raw which is what is needed to further enhance a culinary experience which in itself is world-class.
But the Fiorentina is one of the dishes, all the others on the menu are exactly at the same high level with all first choice products.
The only problem is that I can't eat steak in any other restaurant anymore.

Had 2 meals here this week and we thoroughly enjoyed both, simple but tasty dishes and friendly service if a little slow - but what’s the rush? Good value house wine.

We found this place through the Slow Food guide and were surprised to find it was only 4.0 stars on Google.
We risked it anyway, as Slow Food have never disappointed, and it was a lovely meal. The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious! Highlight was the beef stew which just melted in your mouth.
We were there until closing time, but they never rushed us and we left feeling very full and happy

Poi il conto: vino sfuso ( buono) a ben 26 euro al lt.

It’s a friendly place, there is a very good atmosphere and the dishes are excellent, very good local products, the meat is succulent and the rigattoni are incredible, congratulations to the chef for his work!!!!! And many thanks to Linda!!!!!!!!!
