01/03/2024: I heard a lot about it and finally I went... and I went back the following evening too. And I'm sure I'll be back soon  because I have a weakness for pleasant surprises. I can only reconfirm the praise of the reviews of recent years: excellent quality of food and wine, beautiful menu of traditional cuisine revisited and presented in a refined and modern key, beautiful presentation on the plate, truly excellent service (it was not "wrong " nothing) and a reasonable price for what is offered. Desserts deserve a chapter, but I will be shorter and more explicit: WONDERFUL. The location... the location is among the most suggestive, in the center but at the same time quiet between the bell tower and the ancient mills, and inside the restaurant area is a small gem for those who love a quiet and relaxing corner with a atmosphere from other times.
