Every time I come to Polignano, I have to stop by them. Excellent platter and sandwiches. Today I enjoyed a delicious pinsa! Kind and helpful guys and sea view. What more could you want?

Delicious cocktails, we tried 5, but the whole list was inspiring, truly unique, mixtures with refined alcohol and raw materials and coming from two Milanese people who are used to drinking well, the compliment goes double. Excellent pinsa queen and stuffed pinsa. We wanted to compliment the bartender Tony who also offered us a coffee liqueur made with moka coffee. Fast and attentive service. Congratulations for combining tradition with innovation.

Très bon resto.nous avons pris 2 pinse bufala et verggie..les 2 étaient très bons ..la pâte est délicieuse..et le prix est très raisonnable

The Pinsa - a dream. The view - fantastically beautiful. Small bar adjacent to the historic old town that is worth a visit. Whether for a small or big hunger. The prices are absolutely right and worth every cent.

05/05/2024: Freestate is always a certainty, friendly and attentive staff despite the large number of people.
03/05/2024: Gianfranco and Angelo are two young respectful owners who really know how to host a client. I was eating there day and night for a week - I stayed in Ruvo for work. Every day I was anticipating lunch and dinner. Excellent meat, home made pastry, variety of beers. Chapeau ragazzi!

30/03/2024: The best pizzas in Locorotondo, all at a very good price and well served, it is advisable to reserve because it fills up. It is located on a very charming street. It was a great discovery.
