A fantastic restaurant. For 50€ 5-course with amuse. Everything cooked with local ingredients and creatively. Everything was perfect for us. The portions were not large, but adequate. If you are a little more hungry, you will be provided with bread and olive oil.

Passion, Research and territory. Motto of the restaurant which can be seen in every single dish designed and prepared by the highly trained Chef Auricchio.
Starting from the room you are immediately greeted by the very friendly, attentive and present room staff who will accompany you to a table with a very minimalist mis en place with attention to detail. The wine list is detailed, refined and presents the specialties of the Riviera and beyond.
The cuisine: the dishes are certainly refined and not the classic tourist dishes, for those who want KMO cuisine, with vegetarian or vegan choices using high quality local products, the study of the courses can be seen and savored with every bite, the times of waiting, considering that everything is prepared at the moment (I'm thinking of the risotto) are perfectly consistent, thanks to a service that combines dining room and kitchen.
The menu varies based on the seasonality of the products, therefore it is never standardized during the period of activity (not even in season!)
In addition to almost the entire menu at KMO, you will also find SlowFood products, a notable note of merit.

Locale molto fine, personale molto competente e attento. Siamo andati a pasqua e oltre il menù fisso sia per adulti e bambini, abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare il menu per i bambini che volevano mangiare altro, il cuoco si è presentato chiedendo ai bambini cosa volevano e glielo ha fatto. Mangiare, ottimo, servizio superlativo, cucina fuori quota. Complimenti e grazie.

Posto perfetto per sentire Vera Liguria. Va benissimo per amanti di pesce: più fresco si trova solo nel mare.Ma anche amanti di carne o verdure non si trovano in difficoltà. Materie prime a km0, usate dallo chef si trasformano un pranzo in un viaggio gustativo nel cuore della riviera. Dessert Pietra e un racconto, non è un dolce.La tradizione fa connubio con innovazione in modo impeccabile. Pescato del giorno ,davvero sempre una conferma. Con amici, in famiglia, o per un romantic- non si sbaglia. Locale situato nel centro dei carruggi di una volta. Stato curato con amore ed eleganza, mantenendo autenticità .Bravi ,continuate così!
