Dinner with friends for 8 people... tagliolini with clams... really tasty portion... sparkling water with a hint of fish... glass of sparkling white wine that was anything but sparkling..... very thin cutlet... location splendid.. but I don't think I will go back.

I had dinner on the evening of July 12, 2024. Medium large. Paid parking in the streets of Monopoli. The sea cannot be seen from the tables as it is located in a small square in the historic centre. Cozy and elegant with external and internal tables. Pleasant background music. On holiday I eat only fish at the restaurant every evening. The covered bread accompanied by tarallini is good (not to be taken for granted). The swordfish trofie are excellent. The mixed grilled fish with grilled vegetables is also excellent. Correct quantity and cooking, especially for the octopus (many times hard), the swordfish (many times hard and stringy) and the monkfish (many times rubbery), an unusual but welcome presence in a barbecue. Finally, their tiramisu for dessert is also excellent. Courteous staff, especially Antonio, attentive and fast. Price a little above average but justified by the quality and location.

Family dinner, perfect in everything, from the service to the kindness of the waiters who were always ready and attentive. Exquisite food with careful presentation, fantastic lobster tagliolini and excellent appetizers. 10+

Spent 10 nights in Monopoli as part of our trip to Puglia with our young daughter. Having a young child we ended up eating pizza a lot of nights! We wanted to find a good restaurant with other seafood options as well as the standard Margarita pizza 😉 This quest, as it happens, is harder than you might think! We came across this restaurant and were so glad we did, great seafood and pasta options, as well as the famous Margarita pizza 😅 OK, it's more expensive than the standard run of fare here but by Irish standards this is relatively reasonable for what you get. The ravioli is just amazing and only E20. I got the mixed seafood grill at E23 which was simply fantastic. I thought the staff were so lovely. Really friendly and helpful. You will certainly pay a bit more, but for us it was worth every penny.

Really nice pasta and pizza. Lovely wine too and friendly staff and atmosphere. Definitely one for a more romantic special evening.
