Cominciamo dalle cose negative: a voi non farebbe incavolare che per mangiare in modo divino come questo occorre farsi 1.500 chilometri da Milano? Allora, caro Francesco, apri una filiale nella capitale lombarda ed in tal caso ti prometto che seguendo in cucina pedessequamente i tuoi dettami, ci penso io a condividere l'eccellenza che magicamente stupisce nel tuo locale nella cittadina araba normanna di Cefalù. Per il resto non voglio spoilerare niente, andateci e capite cosa significa veramente la perfezione sin dal minimo dettaglio. Ma è soprattutto il gusto ad essere appagato, saper trasferire la propria sapienza e passione nel addomesticare i sapori di una cucina intensa come quella siciliana, è un arte di cui ben pochi sono maestri !!
