Lo Scudiero In Pesaro

I went to this place for lunch yesterday, wonderful location, staff I have never seen so friendly and attentive to customer needs, excellent quality food presented with flair and imagination. Certainly if I return to Pesaro I will stay here again.

Let me start by saying that overall I can express a positive opinion on our experience. However, for a restaurant that aspires to prestigious recognition due to the type of service and attention to detail, I believe it is necessary to review some small details that can make the difference. We detected a critical issue in the presentation of the gastronomic itineraries offered, in fact we were forced to ask which dishes were included (and then discarded them due to intolerances or allergies) rather than being spontaneously presented. Overall, however, "we managed" by extrapolating from the à la carte menu what we liked most. I also have to complain about a single dessert option for those who were lactose intolerant (I would like to point out that many non-famous chefs now prepare all desserts without lactose as a rule...). Finally, the inconceivable slip (after so much attention to other details) of the Sicilian cannoli and the "soaked" Sfogliatella as found in bars that adopt the re-proposal of not consumed on the same day. The last bite left (in every sense) a bad taste in our mouths…. I imagine that for a Sicilian-oriented chef, cannoli is a "sacred" food that must be prepared at the moment and not left to sponge in the fridge. However, apart from these encouraging criticisms, I reiterate that the experience was positive and I hope that these observations can be useful to improve further.

An excellent restaurant in a beautiful location. I had dinner with excellent appetizers, an exquisite lemon and basil risotto with scampi and as a second course a breaded turbot with a side of onions and potatoes. Truly delicious desserts! Very kind staff!

We ate in this restaurant and had a very good culinary experience with very good dishes. The service has many flaws which in my opinion should be reviewed! Very nice location with underground cellar

I have known this place for a few years and I returned with real pleasure. Unforgettable experience. Too bad it's too far from my city. As soon as I have the chance to return to Pesaro we will definitely be back.

I ate in this place with my partner on Easter day, we ate really well! Dishes cooked to perfection, the lamb in particular was excellent. From the food to the wine and the alcohol, everything was of the highest quality. Our reference waitress was a girl of Apulian origin, very kind and in general all the staff were extremely kind and helpful for every request.

Da premettere che frequentiamo diversi locali, a partire dalla trattoria,ai ristoranti stellati, sul locale, cibo e personale nulla da dire anzi direi quasi perfetto Quello che non accetto è invece l'accoglienza da parte del titolare pietosa, ti mette così tanto in imbarazzo che hai paura persino a chiedere qualcosa. Mio caro chef la classe non è acqua, bisogna anche un pò scendere dal gradino ,chiedere" DA DOVE VENITE?" e poi basta, sembra come se vuole alzare subito un muro..invece è bello come fanno in altri posti innanzitutto accogliere la clientela con un bel sorriso sulla faccia,scambiare perchè no anche due chiacchiere che poi dopotutto non guasta mica... Sicuramente come prima volta per noi è andata malissimo e non ci tornerei più!!!!

Decisamente all'altezza del punteggio a loro riservato. Ottima location, ottime le portate e ancor di più ottima la loro presentazione. Ottimi prodotti, un crescendo di sapori e un abbinamento di colori fantastici, una meraviglia per l'occhio ed il palato, presentazione dei piatti eccellente, servizio al top, personale cortese, competente, location da favola. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e allo Chef 👨‍🍳
