A small family-owned restaurant in the heart of Pietrapertosa. They offer delicious typical local dishes in an ambience that really seems like eating amongst family. The local cheese selection was exceptional. A must when one stays in this beautiful village!

This place was a discovery. The cuisine is genuine and traditional, the staff is available from start to finish and the place is welcoming.

Superb dinner in a picturesque setting! I recommend taking the main menu, which will introduce you to the local specialties, the pasta is fresh and made on site, plus the products are local! Even wine. 👌

An incredible experience of true hospitality and home cuisine from the region. The restaurant is owned by a family who truly puts their soul into every dish. Everything is prepared from local products. We highly recommend trying the grilled peppers and lamb. Grazie Stefano Grazie Stefano

The best pasta of my life and without exaggerating. The pasta is selfmade, as many other things like the wine. The service was also great and we could even speak German. I was offered a great vegan alternative and we felt really comfortable.

Excellent food, price appropriate to the quality of the food. Only note, it would have been nice to have some background music.. Otherwise, a highly recommended place..

Competent country cooking. Nice big space w/ two dinner rooms. There were roughly 12 people there with room for another 24. There seemed to be a mom & pop running the place, with an additional helper in the front. Not sure about additional kitchen staff. Service got much slower after tables 4 and 5 showed up. Can’t imagine if the place was full. They’d definitely need more help. Service was friendly, with some English and German spoken. Homemade pasta, home made dessert and homemade wine (as well as others). Orchiette was not the “hat” or “bell” shape we were familiar with, more like an oval. That and the Ravioli were both very thick – not a thin pasta, it had bite. For secundi’s we had the steak and the sausage, along with a mixed salad. Everything was good, in a basic, stomach filling sense. Not a lot of options in this town, some think this is the best one. Not a lot open in the off season. Menu is fairly small, as is the wine bottle list.
