Le Petit Senegal In Milano

17/06/2024: Adulis in via Melzo offers an immersion in Eritrean cuisine. The environment is refined and the atmosphere welcoming. Standing out on the menu are the sambussa, small triangles of fried dough stuffed (meat or lentils) with just the right amount of spiciness. Among the main dishes, the chicken Zighini and the white Kilwa are delicate, while the gored-gored is decidedly more intense. Unfortunately the meat was not always soft and in some cases a little too fatty. Also, pay attention to the bill: we found ourselves charged for dishes and drinks not ordered. Overall, Adulis is a must-try place for an Eritrean dining experience in Milan. Recommended for those who appreciate strong and spicy flavours. However, the quality of the meat and the accuracy of the bill could be improved. Rating: 3/5 stars

09/06/2024: African-style restaurant, poorly maintained inside, with rather dated furnishings. However, the atmosphere is nice: you eat at very low tables, which seem to be on the floor to give you the most typical experience. The food is eaten with the hands, gradually nibbling the bread around the food. The beef is good. The goat one is a little less so (rather gamey flavour). The service is very minimal. Prices in the Milanese average (25 euros per person without wine).
