Let me start by saying that I am a glutton and that I had thought it would be an evening of only bigoli (spaghetti al torchio) but in the "you can eat as many as you want" style, so with these premises I must say that in my very personal opinion, the portions were too too too too small ... The place is very nice and I had the personal impression that they were a bit of a novice in catering, also because who I presume was the owner is a great guy, but very young so maybe he fits in a little of lack of attention to the customer... very good bread... it was my first time at the Albero del Latte, and I think I won't be returning... or at least not anytime soon. But all in all it's worth going to eat once and personally evaluate everything. Good job to all the staff and thanks for the evening.
