La Violetta is a restaurant that offers traditional Piedmontese cuisine. And it’s a safe bet! Maria was in the kitchen until 3 years ago, when she died at age 91. Today, Violetta continues to delight locals and tourists. It's easy to understand why: the products are fresh and very well cooked. A special mention for the hazelnut tart, the best I have ever eaten until today! Perfectly soft and smelling so good of Piedmont hazelnuts! The welcome is warm while remaining very professional. We will return there with great pleasure.

A very pleasant surprise, typical menu of Piedmontese cuisine, great quality of the ingredients and extreme professionalism in the creation of the dishes (fassona and finanziera tartare my favourites). Excellent wine list, privileged local excellences. Relaxed and friendly environment, impeccable service. Must return!

This excellent restaurant was a surprise, on the advice of another restaurateur we went to taste his financiera! Amazing! That alone is worth the trip, but other courses are sublime: the aspic, the tartare, the chicken plin, the stew with Barbera, chestnut cream etc. Great wine list. A highly professional and courteous service.
