Show! Butcher's shop with excellent meats, fillets, ribs, cuts, skewers, trotters etc... You choose them at the counter, raw, control the cooking and then go upstairs to a splendid restaurant. While the meat is cooking, have the appetizers served: carpaccio, tartare, croquettes, potatoes, grilled vegetables, craft beer, wine.

Top of the top in the area, a place that knows how to do catering and business, absolutely fantastic old cow loin to compete with the most famous breeds in the world, very interesting wine list, very tasty and genuine meat, perfect service, improved month after month more and more and I will continue to be your customer and recommend you to anyone, if you go there you can't help but try the inevitable sammichelino and straccetti

Everything splendid, excellent food and splendid venue

for me this place is a drug, it's so good that you never get tired of going there... it has every type of meat you could want, not to mention the bowlers, they are something phenomenal... superb house wine, appetizers delicious, obviously without excluding the staff, professional and kind like few others... it deserves to be known throughout the world! Always continue like this!

A great restaurant for meat lovers! We were completely amazed by the selection and taste. You first choose the meat and meat products at the counter and the side dishes at the table. The house wine was also excellent!

Bel locale, molto ben organizzato con i numeri così tutti sono costretti a rispettare l’ordine di arrivo, non una cosa scontata. Locale molto curato, camerieri gentili… carne ottima e molta scelta. Però, c’è un però che non proprio un dettaglio da poco… su 6 portate di carne solo 2 sono arrivate calde, le altre erano tendenti al freddo. L’abbiamo fatto presente alla cameriera ma non è cambiato nulla. Quando abbiamo pagato nessun “scusateci” da parte dei gestori che si sono anche presi fino all’ultimo centesimo. Peccato davvero perché la carne era ottima, ci siamo dovuti ingozzare per non farla raffreddare ancora di più visto che le portate sono arrivate molto ravvicinate.

Il locale è una macelleria - braceria, di conseguenza all’entrata vi sarà chiesto di scegliere dal bancone la carne che vorrete mangiare (sono presenti anche tipi di carne con lunghi periodi di frollatura): scegliete bene, perché non si torna più indietro. Dopo la scelta ci si siede al proprio tavolo, dove è presente un menu con alcuni antipasti, contorni, dolci dal quale potrete scegliere il resto delle cose da ordinare. Il carpaccio che abbiamo ordinato come antipasto non era particolarmente saporito. La carne era buona, anche se avevo aspettative più elevate. Buoni invece i contorni di verdure per accompagnare la carne. Nota negativa: l’impossibilità di poter ordinare un singolo calice di vino. Si può scegliere solo o una bottiglia intera o il quartino di vino della casa. Da un locale di carne mi sarei aspettato almeno 2-3 vini al calice da poter scegliere se non si vuole ordinare un’intera bottiglia. Il locale è carino con una spaziosa veranda. Personale molto gentile. Prezzi onestissimi per una cena a base di carne, il che fa meritare un 4/5 come voto.
